Orders, Payment & Shipping

What are your shipping methods?

We use the following courier services:

  • Within Malaysia: Nationwide Express, Poslaju or DHL
  • International: Pos Malaysia or to be advised (registered post with tracking)
How long will it take for my order to reach me?
  • Within Malaysia: 3 - 5 working days
  • International: 5 - 15 working days

Please note that we will ship your order upon receipt of the full invoice amount.

How can I check my order status?

We will send you your parcel tracking number once your parcel has been shipped. If you have not received your tracking number 1 day after your payment, please drop us an email at petitetroopers@gmail.com.

Do you accept credit cards?

We have 2 payment options:

  • Bank transfer to CIMB
  • PayPal (you can use your credit card by choosing the PayPal option)
What are your shipping charges?
  • Within Malaysia: RM7 for Peninsula Malaysia and RM10 for Sabah, Sarawak (express courier)
  • Singapore: RM32.60 (registered post with tracking)
  • Australia: RM56.50 (registered post with tracking)
  • United Kingdom: RM64.60 (registered post with tracking)
  • Other countries: To be advised via e-mail after order is checked out
Can I get my order earlier than the estimated delivery time?

The estimated delivery time is provided by our courier service providers. If you have an urgent request, please contact us at petitetroopers@gmail.com and we will try our best to assist with other shipping options. Please note that additional charges may apply.


Returns & Exchanges

What do I do if there is a problem with the item?

Our policy for returns and exchanges is 10 days from the date of shipping. Kindly note that returns and exchanges are only accepted for manufacturing defects. Please notify us right away if there is a problem or defect with your product. Prior to sending a return, please contact us for authorization.

All international orders and clearance items are considered final sale.


Stock

Are all your stock ready?

Yes all of the stocks are readily available unless stated otherwise.

For pre-orders, the date of availability will be stated on the item page.

An item is showing as out-of-stock, will it be back?

Usually we do not restock sold out items as all our items are handmade and material is limited. However, if the product is highly in-demand, we will reconsider if material allows. Don’t fret though, we always have new designs and patterns every month!
